God has got a plan for TLC. Every member has a vital and important role in seeing the church effectively fulfilling its vision. You may be at TLC for a short time, it may be for the rest of your life, but either way you are a vital cog in the workings of TLC and to the future of God's plan. Every Member (that is you) in Ministry (doing what God has asked you to do) must happen across the church.

If we are not doing the job that God has asked of us then either someone else is having to do it or it's not being done at all. In either case it means the church will not be functioning to its full potential.

Willingness, obedience and servitude - what do these words mean to you?

I asked for my first job in the church, I then volunteered for a role I saw a need for, God then showed me a role (through prophetic words) that He wanted me to do in the future. Do you think there is a progression in this sequence? Does God like us to show some willing and sacrifice?

Are then any roles you would like to do, or think there is a need for in the church?

Do you believe God has called you to something specific?

If you can't think of anything, what is it that you like doing, what are your abilities and desires? What do you think would be the best use for the abilities God has given you?
The children were asked to draw the role that they would most like to do in the church. It would be good to follow this up if you have any children in your group, or possibly in family time.
